On the morning of February 6, 2025, Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hóa Provincial Party Committee, Trịnh Tuấn Sinh, attended the launch ceremony for the new production and business year at Tiến Nông Bỉm Sơn Plant, operated by Tiến Nông Agritech JSC.
Also present at the event were Nguyễn Ngọc Tiến, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee and Head of the Internal Affairs Committee; Đầu Thanh Tùng, Provincial Party Committee Member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; along with leaders of various departments, representatives of Bỉm Sơn Town, and a large number of Tiến Nông employees and workers.
Tiến Nông’s Business Achievements in 2024
During the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Phong, CEO of Tiến Nông Agritech JSC, reported on the company’s 2024 achievements despite numerous challenges:
- Total fertilizer production: 210,846 tons
- Total revenue: 1.691 trillion VND
- Tax contributions: 35.64 billion VND
- Workforce: 466 employees with an average monthly income of 14.99 million VND
For 2025, Tiến Nông aims to increase production to 260,000 tons, targeting 2 trillion VND in revenue. The company also plans to strengthen engagement with farmers, expand support programs, and promote sustainable agricultural development.
Deputy Secretary’s Remarks and Expectations
In his speech, Deputy Secretary Trịnh Tuấn Sinh extended his New Year wishes to Tiến Nông’s leadership and employees, commending their contributions to Thanh Hóa’s economic growth. He acknowledged the essential role of businesses, including Tiến Nông, in the province’s overall development.
He urged Tiến Nông to:
- Leverage market research to predict trends accurately and deliver high-quality products.
- Strengthen customer relationships, expand partnerships, and enhance e-commerce and digital sales to boost domestic and international markets.
- Focus on R&D to develop environmentally friendly fertilizers, particularly organic fertilizers, for sustainable agriculture.
- Build a strong brand strategy, positioning Tiến Nông as a leading manufacturer of high-quality fertilizers and a trusted provider of agricultural solutions.
- Improve employee welfare, ensuring a stable and motivating work environment.
- Fulfill corporate social responsibilities, actively participating in charity and community programs
He also called on local authorities and government agencies to continue supporting Tiến Nông and other businesses in their efforts to drive economic growth in Bỉm Sơn and Thanh Hóa province.
Following the ceremony, Deputy Secretary Trịnh Tuấn Sinh and the delegation toured the production lines, engaging with workers at the Tiến Nông Bỉm Sơn Plant, encouraging them as they embarked on the new production year.
