Description

Potassium (K): An essential nutrient for all crops at every growth stage, especially during topdressing. It plays a crucial role in metabolism, sugar and starch synthesis, protein formation, water balance, and nutrient transportation, enhancing both yield and quality.
Deficiency symptoms: Slow growth, yellowing leaves, or leaf edge burn and drying.
Micronutrient-enriched potassium: The addition of N, S, Mg, Zn, B, Cu, and Mo improves nutrient efficiency, reduces fertilizer use, and enhances crop flavor.

Short-term crops (rice, corn, sugarcane, potatoes, chilies, tobacco, etc.):
- Application rate:
  - 3–7 kg/sào (360m²) per application
  - 5–10 kg/sào (500m²) per application
  - 10–20 kg/công (1,000m²) per application
  - 100–200 kg/ha per application
- Application timing: Apply to promote tuber, fruit, ear, and seed growth, or when potassium deficiency appears. Can also be used as a basal fertilizer with phosphorus.
- Application method: Apply in rows or around the plant base, combining with weeding, soil loosening, and watering. It can also be dissolved in water for irrigation.
Perennial crops (coffee, cocoa, pepper, citrus fruits, durian, avocado, mango, plums, etc.):
- Application rate: 0.2–0.5 kg/tree (100–120 g/m² of canopy area).
- Application timing: Apply 10–15 days after fruit setting, 1–2 times, stopping 20–25 days before harvest.
- Application method: Dig alternate trenches from 3/4 of the canopy radius to the outer edge, cover with soil, and irrigate if soil moisture is low.
