Research, trials and refinement of crop nutrition formulas at the Science & Technology R&D Centre; setting up demonstration plots with the Soil and Crop Health Department.
- Design, run and monitor fertiliser experiments and trials in the field and in net houses.
- Sample and analyse soil and plants; develop fertilising programmes for each crop and soil type.
- Write scientific reports and technical documents; train the sales team and farmers.
- Take part in research projects with institutes, universities and government departments.
- Full-time university degree in Crop Science, Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Chemistry or Plant Protection; a master's degree is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of crop nutrition, experimental design and statistical analysis.
- Able to read technical documents in English.
- Hard-working and willing to work in the field and travel.

- Build communications plans by season and product line: messages, content calendar, budget and KPIs.
- Work with R&D and sales to turn demonstration and field-day results into content for farmers.
- Work with the press and production agencies; coordinate the company's community campaigns.
- Monitor and report on communications performance and propose adjustments.
- Full-time university degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Public Relations.
- 2+ years' experience in communications or marketing planning preferred; understanding of agricultural and rural markets is an advantage.
- Strong writing, data-minded, able to use digital advertising and analytics tools.
- Willing to travel to the provinces and go out to the fields.
