Since 2014, Tiến Nông has worked with Farmers' Unions at every level to supply deferred-payment fertiliser to their members: farmers receive fertiliser first and pay after harvest. This gives them quality-assured inputs and eases the burden of early-season capital so they can focus on production – while strengthening members' ties with the Union.
