+ Soil pH 3–4: 1,500 kg/ha + Soil pH 4–5: 1,000 kg/ha + Soil pH 5–6: 500 kg/ha + Soil pH 6–6.5: 300 kg/ha – Timing: apply during land preparation or at the start, middle or end of the rainy season. Can be mixed and composted with manure or organic fertiliser. Do not apply together with inorganic fertilisers containing nitrogen (N). – Method: spread evenly over the soil surface and incorporate.
